Guest guest
If anyone has the ear of the Wenlin crowd, I'd like to suggest that they port it to the PocketPC. I can't overstate the benefit of a portable dictionary with handwritten stroke recognition. One great advantage would be the ability to take it to a local TCM school library and use it as an aid to check out the recent Chinese language journals. 's website has an updated Wenlin dictionary with many Wiseman terms, and that dictionary can simply be revised to add more. It is possible to purchase a PocketPC for around $225. Add another $80 for a 512meg add-on card to house the dictionary. I don't think it would be too difficult to port it since it is basically a large database. Christmas is around the corner, maybe santa can help. Tim Sharpe
