Guest guest
Solsikke Dear Yehuda and Ken. Modern science is largely built from aristochratic members of the society of the english and french empires from the 16th century, as Sir Newton, Sir Berkley, Sertürner, Mayer, De Borda and many many others. After the war, modern " science " got even more power after the american national security was strengthned using Fermi's nuclear bomb, yet other sad events were the use of lead in painting, leading to cancer, TBT was used to paint ships (killing enormous seal populations at a conc of only 4pg/L), DDT was used to spray the plants, asbestos used to insulate large pipe systems. These are just some of the immense list of failiures of applied science, and the negative effects affect a society confined into tight and dense population areas, metropolis', where the individual state of awareness, which already low, is chocked with the increasing outside stress, pushed by the money-making-machinery and moral-preserving machinery. The increasing incidence rate of cancer in these populations is so dramatic, that the race between it and the pharmaceutical companies that attempt to stop it by designing molecules reminds me of the Zeno principle, where the company sees its self as the strong runner (catalyzed by young money-making scientists) and the cancer is the never-reachable turtle. Such a development must go its natural path, it must reach a dramatic downfall right after pride has left the house. Like the Bible says " Pride goes before a fall " . The chinese medicine develoment has survived several of dynasties, some as terrible as the Ching dynasty, and this has happend through conservation and development within families and villages. If you want to pass this fundamental problem with modern science, you have to let go of the menthality that eveything has to be exposed: let the people that look for you find you, and be healed by you. Give them your healing energy and save the snobby doctors for it, because its not in this lifetime that they will understand it, I think.
