Dear friends,

Do you know the very best way to prove effectiveness? Set up a free

clinic across the street from Congress, and across from every state house

in the union. When you acquire as new friends lawmakers, their friends

and relatives, who get well and feel better after being treated by

acupuncture and Chinese herbs, by educating those who can make

changes, doors open wide for us to advance our agenda to any end we

desire.

Now let's see if our organizations can actuate such a plan.
