10. how to learn from or experiences and applay what ever " usefull idea "

(possible) to developing countries.

 

i.e. develop strategieties for developing countries (which Idealy should be

done with us precence but such is life:-)

to dig for water before one is thirsty so to speak... (maybe a

GUAMAP representative could be there?)
