Perhaps one of the people still at the conference, or someone else who knows him, could put this to him. It occurs to me that the sheer number of emails that often grace these virtual pages might be a bit excessive for a busy scholar, not to mention all of us - perhaps we should consider the possibility of creating a separate discussion group to consider the 'Unschuld issues'.
