Guest guest
I am also intrigued because what I saw was that a large percentage of CM students did not actually want to be studying CM but would have preferred to study WM - >>>This was true in the 80's when i was there alon
Guest guest
Nonetheless, some of them really had no idea what CM was all about until they got there then decided that it was actually quite interesting. >>>Which was my point when the discussion about culture was heated.OM is often a foreign culture even to the Chinese alon
Guest guest
My education was more recent - 2002 grad - and most of the students at PCOM -San Diego either had CM as their first choice of study, or viewed it as an " easier " , " less rigorous " course of study than WM, which few if any had even seriously considered studying. I don't know of any who had applied to medical school, but I know many who were already WM professionals - nurses, EMT's chiros - who were looking for a career change with CM.
