Guest guest
I managed to capture the Chens' Glossary, but without the Chinese characters. I have uploaded their terminology to the CHA Files area, edited to " my " shorter codes (say LU for lung). I would appreciate it if some CHA member(s) could add the missing Chinese characters to that file and let me know when that is done! I saved the PDF file right to my computer from the website. It is complete, just like on the wesite. Why did you want it to be an Excel file and go through the effort of adding the Hanzi when you could have just used the PDF file from their website? If it was a copyright issue, then I would think that the verbatim copying of the PDF file to an Excel file would be subject to the same issue. I want to store the Chinese characters in Microsoft Arial Unicode, so that I can copy them into Web Engines (or the Find function in MS Word) to search for data relevant to them. The characters in the pdf file cannot be copied (at least I have not found a way to copy them) into digital unicode for searching offline or online.
