Guest guest
Emmanuel why did you present these stats? aren't they meaningless. how do we decide about diet, then? I presented the article as these diets keep coming up on CHA. Yes, I feel the stats are meaningless, personally. I teach physiological principles of nutrition and look at large research projects that view many individual case studies. I appreciate work done at Cornell University by T. Colin Campbell, Chair of Nutritional Biochemistry. Campbell performed case studies of vast numbers of individuals in every county in China using well over 300 axes of diagnosis with each individual. It's one of two vast nutritional studies. The other is a cohort of thousands of nurses that have been studied now for over one decade by many investigators. I also like Ornish's efforts. As always, I mean no personal invectives toward you or your views. I just state the situation where I live. It's certainly not my intention to endanger your vocation. I appear to be your loyal opposition on some topics. Though in the area of diet, I've observed we have a great deal in common. I've admired your commentary regarding your past posts on the topic of diet. Now that I've met you, your are also from my observations a physically fit and handsome individual. So I sense that you tend to practice what you teach on this topic. Emmanuel Segmen
