IT would be better if there is also a group receiving placebo, but if cannot

find enough patients than a third party should dispense

the herbs so that no one knows who is getting what

your herbs are make in PRC. I can find out if a GMP certificate would be

sufficient.

Let me know what you think

How about in China?

<<<<<Rory you should know by now that i do not believe anything coming out of

China. To me all publications from China should at best be viewed as pilot

studies that need to be repeated here. In China you have highly positive studies

for what ever you like. I do not think you can find a single human disease that

does not have positive studies using TCM.

Alon,

You miss the point of my question. I'm interested to know what

information is out there. Before anyone does a new study, it is a

good idea to see what has already been done, and to review it. Rather

than operate on the basis of your generalizations about China, I'd

want to review the specific studies and draw my own conclusions,

which may in the end be similar to your's, or may not, when it comes

to a specific study. It's part of the process, no?

That's why I specifically asked the question of Bob Flaws, who is in

a good position to answer it.

Rory,

Sure. There are Chinese studies on menopausal syndrome treated with Chinese

meds. I think I've read a half dozen just this past

year. There's even been a literature survey of all published studies in the last

7-8 years.
