Guest guest
Hi everyone Well, I was wondering if anyone in this list is familiar with transdermal ionization. I remember when, while at school, I worked as an intern at Dr. Henry Han's clinic, in Santa Barbara, and he used to apply some hot herbal packs, connected to an electric device, on the patient's back to treat low back pain, sinosites and a bunch of other stuff. I was never much into that but, since I moved to S America I see a lot of patients who would benefit from this tecnique. Thanx in advance JPaes
Guest guest
transdermal ionization. >>>Its called ionophoresis and i use it all the time. The problem is that first you need a DC stimulator, and two you need to know the polarity of the substances you try to push in. We have no idea what the polarity of herbs are Alon
Guest guest
Thanx for the info Alon but if youhave no idea about the polarity of the herbsm how do you use it then? Any idea where I can get the stimulator? I'm gonna dig into my drawer and search for Dr. Han's formulas. He had an excellent sucsses rate, specially for low back pain and sinosites. What you can do is put a diode in series with your regular stimulator, this will make the stim monopolar (not true DC but will work). Ion-stims are usually around 500$ or so. You can get them at PT supplies. alon
