The to-term rate was not a part of this study, if that's what you mean by

" baby rate. " Clearly, the results showed conception occurred about 16%

more often in the acupuncture group.

This still doesn't, however, indicate where Dr. Liang got the 60% from. I

went back to the Foreward in her book which implies the 60% if from her

own experience, but there is no reference to an actual clinical trial.

Here is the full text of the article : " The analysis shows that the

pregnancy rate for the acupuncture group is considerably higher than for

the control group (42.5% vs 26.3%; P=.03). "
