This is probably more than most people need to know about me, but in the spirit of sharing, I find that after a cup of coffee I will have an unusualy foul odor to my sweat which usually last for 8 to 12 hours. I prefer green tea for meditation or study time and matte for opening my heart , elevating mood and decreasing appetite. I came away from Subhutti's coffee article thinking that coffee might be okay if I mix a little bai shao in with it to moderate its harsh affect. Wonder what a cup of coffee bai shao drip might taste like? My latest intrigue has been some of the studies on light therapy, circadian rythms, mild depression, and the way it accords with chinese medicines admonition to live in harmony with the cycle of the seasons etc. Warm regards to all Matt Ferguson Seattle WA
