Guest guest
is it a valid clinical correlation to say one who craves sour has liver/gb problem and one who craves salt has a bl/kd problem. In other words, are these key symptoms of organ imbalance. Is this confirmed by mainstream use in internal medicine texts over the last 1000 years? do these sx lend any weight to one's dx? this is along the same lines as our grief discussion and plays into the diagnostic standards issue as well. It also raises the issue of how to use five phases in CM herbology if these correlations are not clinically useful. all I have to offer right now is that I notice these correlations are largely absent from all the modern and classical works on herbal therapy I have read. However I reach out to those with greater access to the literature for a more solid opinion on this. I am referring of course to those of you who can actually open a chinese book and read from it (unlike me). :-) Chinese Herbs FAX:
