this differs with the mental state of both, if condoms is being used, the time

According to Fu Qingzhu, the famous Chinese gynecologist, menstrual

blood is a combination of blood and jing/essence, so there is jing loss

through the menses itself.

Thanks for the link, the articles look like they'll be great.

However, I wanted to point out that when I try to connect with the
