Thank you - I guess I needed to hear/read that - I particularly

appreciate the reminder to " stay centered and develop a system " - it

is easy to lose that when everything is new and you are trying to

bring a business together as well. I think Todd inferred that

perhaps I was " off my game " with all the changes.
