Guest guest
Geoff, SPZM is good for stiff neck/shoulders. It contains: Peony Rt., Pueraria rt, Clematis rt., Milletia stem, Licorice rt. and Calcium aspartate(100mg--i assume per dose) and Magnesium Aspartate (50mg.) To compare, here are the ingredients for Evergreen's Neck & Shoulder(Acute): Peony Rt., Pueraria, Notoptergii, Clematis, Carthami, Licorice, Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum, Corydalis Evergreen's Neck & Shoulder(Chronic) is a longer formula with more tonic herbs and blood moving herbs. The 2 acute formulas above are often effective, but for those for whom pain comes back when the formula is discontinued, the N & S-chronic may fill the bill and may need to be taken for a while. my 2 cents, ann > Hi Geoff, > SPZM by Health Concerns works very well. > -Anne > > > > > Wondering if anyone has any good formulas for chronic tight / sore > > shoulders.
