The publisher (Oxford University Press) is not currently shipping the book

for reasons that they have yet to announce. Your best chance would be a

local store that had not sold their original stock. If the publisher ends-up

declaring a reprint (manufacture of further copies), it could take two or

three months. If they are just shifting stock around their warehouses, it

could be available in a couple of weeks.

That's weird, I ordered the book a few days ago from Oxford press and

they sent me an online receipt. There was no mention of a delay.

Well, we will see if it arrives sooner than later...
