I would like to thank everyone who contributed input to this subject

and I am sorry if it somehow started an argument or two. A big thank

you to Alon for clarifying my french english terminology.

 

I am sure everyone involved is very competent. As to money making

versus competence with herbs, I would like to relate the following;

 

Some time ago, a VERY prosperous practitionner, California

certified, prescribed a formula to me (very Yin deficient, and that

person was aware of that) that contained a fair amount of Fu Zhi and

no cooling herbs to speak of, supposedly to lower my BP. It made me

ill.

 

I'm sure no one on this list would have prescribed this to me.

Prosperous or not.

 

I know better today and I've learnt by reading this list as part of

my overall ongoing training.
