Guest guest
I received something from Honso yesterday that comments on the ambiguity about whether or not granules will be included in the FDA ban and listed their formulas that contain ma huang and ban xia (just in case). I don't think anyone really knows. Frances >ban xia ban on monday >does anyone know what the granule and chinese label patent suppliers >are doing about the ban xia ban. Guest guest
Frances, That's really interesting since it was Honso who recently had their granule formulas impounded by U.S. Customs on the order of the FDA because of the ephedrine alkaloids issue. Mailings and ads from some companies have disputed that the ban affects them and told their customers to keep buying. I don't know if this is ignorance or deceit, but I need to make something very clear. The ban is real. anyone who disputes it does not know what they are talking about. And whoever is the last one holding the bag gets to eat the herbs. If you purchase banned herbs from a company after 4/12, it is your problem and you will not be getting a refund.
