Hello all,

 

In addition to the addresses that Bill had sent, I would stongly encourage

those of you who haven't written, to do so and then fax them to the appropriate

offices as emails are often overlooked (but if that is all you can do, do

that! and cc them to AOMAlliance and AAOM.)

Dr. Lester Crawford (was Mark McClellan) 301-443-3100

 

Charlotte Ashcraft (was Thomas THompson) 870-543-7757 - person was not sure

if Charlotte had replaced T. Thompson on FDA commision, so letter can be

directed to both of them.

Typo in the above number. I tried it with a " 3 " in there and it went

thru but not sure if that was correct..
