does anyone know what the granule and chinese label patent suppliers

are doing about the ban xia ban. I get the impression that some of

these companies such as Mayway plan to continue selling these items,

claiming the ban does not apply to them. I also have gotten wind of

the fact that most PCOM students think there is no reason for concern

because of the AT article. this is why no one is writing letters.

However Michael Devitt wrote me:

Good afternoon, Mr. Luger.  I wanted to let you know that we've

published new statements on ephedra and ephedrine alkaloids from the

AAOM and Evergreen Herbs, and have uploaded the AHPA's petition to the

FDA on the front page of AcupunctureToday.com.  We are also in the

process of formatting Mr. McGuffin's e-mail and posting that online as

well. We did not have space to publish this information in the print

issue of Acupuncture Today, but we have mentioned the ephedra articles

on the front page of the issue, and have directed our readers to visit

AcupunctureToday.com for the latest information.
