If someone could create an accurate initial file, perhaps with a search, cut and paste from the CHA archive, I would be glad to edit this and post it. There is a new political section on the site that I will not be able to give much attention to until after the conference. It could be set up like a group blog on various issues. New posts on the topics could be uploaded regularly.
Guest guest
Todd & Tim, When I tried to click on the hot link, I got a " bad request " error message. Just letting you know. Also, just so everyone knows the peril we face, one of Blue Poppy Herbs regional distributors has decided not to carry any formula with Ban Xia. Their regional FDA person has told them they will be finded $10,000 if they're caught selling any dietary supplements with Ban Xia in them. Since they could not survive such a hit, they're caving. This could start a rush for the exits. If herb companies get stuck with large unsellable inventories of formulas with Ban Xia in them, then that's the end. They/we will have to go under. Except for the Taiwanese companies, none of the rest of us have deep enough pockets to absorb such losses and produce new Rxs without Ban Xia. Guest guest
Bob, That's because Tim's link includes the period. Cut and paste without it: http://www..org/action/index.shtml Regards, Fernando , " Bob Flaws " <pemachophel2001> wrote: & Tim, > > When I tried to click on the hot link, I got a " bad request " error > message. Just letting you know. for future reference, links never end with a period. But sometimes a sentence ends right after a link. I usually leave the period out. try this one: http://www..org/action/index.shtml > > Also, just so everyone knows the peril we face, one of Blue Poppy > Herbs regional distributors has decided not to carry any formula with > Ban Xia. I'm a little confused. Are you guys still selling ban xia containing patents or not? When I announced that PCOM would be adhering to the ban last night at a meeting, another supervisor told me that a very large american company has sent out a letter this week claiming to have tested their ban xia products for ephedrines, found none and will continue to sell them. Is this allowed? Is this a legal loophole?
