Guest guest
Wow--that's surprising. Any indication whether this is considered a major study in the industry? I didn't read about it in the major media. I'll be looking at frozen vegees to see whether they show on the label how quickly they're frozen after harvest. Does anyone have a 'cheap' source for full text scientific journal articles? Marian >Don't get up on your high horse too > quick, though. I think most fozen food is frozen right after harvest. the main concern is whether it gets blanched or not. though blanched frozen food is still better than 2 week old food in vitamin content.
