Urinotherapy, Renzhongbai and urea

Hi Anand, Gabrielle, & All,

 

I understand that there are at least two forms of urinotherapy:

(a) oral, and

(b) topical (local application).

 

Apart from what is below, I know little of the exact techniques

used, the indications, or the efficacy.

 

(a) Urine (from oneself), drunk immediately after urination, or after a

short boiling and cooling.

 

[i suspect that when they are " on the town " , drinking the best

whiskey in the world (Irish), some Irish friends of mine recycle their

own urine because they do not want to waste a drop of the Liquid

Gold!]

 

(b) Urine applied directly to wounds, inflamed areas, eyes, athlete's

foot, etc.

 

[i have urinated on my toes and massaged urine between the toes

for athletes foot; my results were dubious. I have often urinated on

scratches and minor wounds (my own!!) that threatened to become

infected, with impressive results].

 

© I also understand that powdered synthetic urea, or dried urine

sediment, is used with great effect in ulcers and septic wounds,

but I have no first-hand experience of that.

 

TCM uses Renzhongbai ( " Man Middle White " ; Human Urine

Sediment; Depositum / Sedimentum / Calamitas Urinae Hominis)

is used. MY files have few details on it, only:

PS. Can experts comment similarly on Renzhonghuang ( " Man

Middle Yellow " ; Human Faeces (+ ??Urine) + Powdered Licorice;

Faeces (+ ??Urinae) Hominis + Pulvis Rx+Rz Glycyrrhizae. I have

no details whatever on that.

Re therapy of Macular Degeneration:
