Dear Students and Colleagues

 

There will be a number a number of free presentations at the 2004 Chinese H=

erb Academy

Conference. The CHA conference is a cooperative venture between CHA and ou=

r sponsors.

In gratitude for sponsorship, CHA has organized an innovative exhibit and d=

emonstration

hall to complement our continuing education lectures. This year, our sponso=

rs will have a

stage of their own. Each vendor will give a scheduled presentation as well =

as be available

to answer questions at their booths.

 

• The kickoff and keynote address will be given by Bob Flaws at a cocktail=

reception on

Friday, June 18 at 7:30. This talk is open to all. Bob will lay out his v=

ision for the future of

Chinese Herbal Medicine.

 

• The vendor exhibit and demonstration halls will be open to all and do not=

require a paid

conference registration.

 

• Conference sponsors will be giving free demonstrations or mini lectures t=

hroughout the

day (see partial list of speakers and topics below).

 

• If you visit the demonstration hall during the day on Saturday, you also =

can attend the

Saturday evening party, even if you did not register for the conference.

 

• There will also be a free CSOMA town Hall Meeting that all are strongly =

encouraged to

attend on Saturday June 19, from 11:45am – 12:45pm
