introduction about myself

Hello,

 

I am a TCM Practicioner in Zürich, Switzerland. I am working in my own

clinic here since 6 years, using herbal medicinals, acupuncture, tuina. I

was introduced to the group by my friend Simon Becker.

My special interest is in encouraging a better understanding of the herbs we

 

use by going to their source (China) and looking at them, how and where they

 

grow in the wild and are cultivated, how they are processed and what the

challenges and difficulties are in this process, as well as what strategies

are being tested to overcome these difficulties. In other words,

pharmacological botany for TCM practicioners in theory and practice.

Last year I have started taking small groups of people to the mountains of

Sichuan with this goal.It has so far been an exciting expirience.

Maybe other members of the group have similar interests/projects, I would be

 

very interested in exchanging.
