Works like magic. alon Alon, I have a horror of setting up a septic arthritis. IMO, joint injection needs a full surgical prep. I am wary of injecting joints because I work in the field, under conditions that are far from sterile. I have used simple AP to treat many dogs, and some humans, with X-ray-confirmed arthrosis, and I am happy with the results on movement, but would not expect to see much improvement on subsequent X-rays. That said, some AP vets (and even conventional (non-AP) vets) inject joints with hyaluronic acid and claim good results.
