Thanks, Shanna sionneau lists spleen vacuity cold and spleen vacuity damp plus kidney yang and lung qi xu as possibilities. some failure in fluid physiology is evident. It likely includes spleen xu even if it also includes lung or kidney.
Guest guest
Do you think there could be a rebellious qi pathology for this? I was thinking of the salivation that comes before vomiting, or with nausea. Having (thankfully) never had prolonged nausea I'm not sure how long this lasts or if it could be chronic, but it stands to reason if the turbid isn't descending it might end up in the mouth.. Guest guest
Todd-- Thanks for your ideas. I think this case would be mostly Sp Qi xu with damp. Would Shen Ling Bai Zhu San be a good remedy? Thanks, shanna
