Guest guest
Hi again, I need another referral, this time in Chicago. Patient suffers terribly from Crohn's. If possible would like a TCM practitioner familiar with craniosacral therapy (and preferrably Somatoemotional release) as well. 'Just want to note in passing, from what I have read and seen, virtually ALL cases of inflammatory bowel disorders have their origins in liver overacting upon spleen and/or stomach. Therefore, by addressing the underlying emotional cause, the condition is quite successfully treated. This is a classic case where TCM and CSI/SER are beautifully integrated. Sincerely, Yehuda ps. The impact of emotions on the gut, from a Western perspective, is the focus of a wonderful book that I heard about though CHA (I believe it was from Alwin-if so thanks, (and BTW, thanks for the corrected link to UBC!)and if not thanks and apologies for my not remembering who the referral came from!). The book is " The Second Brain " , by Michael D. Gershon, MD,isbn 0-06-093072-1 (paperback edition) ______________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
