Guest guest
Is there a difference in the fan xie ye (folium sennae) and the Senna in western herbalism. I am pretty sure that the plant species is the same but it seems that it's usage in the traditions is slightly different. For example, it seems that Wester Herbalism (WH) considers it much harsher on the body than many CM practs who prescribe it for daily consumption. Maybe this is a question of dosage or actual differences in the plants that are grown in different parts of the world. Comments? -
