Guest guest
I agree with Alon. I haven't seen Fan Xie Ye used long term and have seen it considered a very harsh herb. Guest guest
Re: Fan Xie Ye: I experimented with it once, after I had given blood, and I was only slightly constipated from fluid loss -- but I was interested in everything, as a student. I tried it with Da Huang, Mang Xiao, Zhi Shi and Ho Pou, and I had very drastic results: cramping, pain, diarrhea several times, could not go out that day, and I have not had the same problem using Da Huang and others alone, so it must have been the very harsh Fan Xie Ye.
