Is it worth it to keep the 2nd ed. Bensky MM?

I just pre-ordered the new Bensky Materia Medica. Can anyone think of a

good reason to keep the old one? I'd like to sell it before the new one

comes out. It still has value because it will take some time for the

current single herb curricula at most schools to incorporate the 3rd ed.

edition 2 will remain the board exam text for some time. also, edition 2

contains all the

research data that has been deleted from 3. if you toss 2, then you will need

another

source for this latter data.

Another reason to keep both books...

I am going to keep the old one at home for study and the new one at

my office
