Hi Iwan, & All,

After my note on the results of Hector Sumano's team's staggering results with

Yunnan Baiyao in canine pyometra, there have been several mails recently on

clinical uses of Yunnan Baiyao in animals.

Ihor and others wrote on Yunnan Baiyao in haemangioma, splenic enlargement,

bleeding in upper respiratory cancer, etc.

Others queried if oral or topical (intrauterine) Yunnan Baiyao might have a

useful role to play in pyometra in mares and cows. Who knows, but my gut

feeling is that it would be well worth a try, preferably in a controlled trial,

where

the positive " control " gets modern medication, such as uterine flushes, topical

antibiotics, antigestagen drugs like PGF2-alpha, etc.

I invite colleagues who have used Yunnan Baiyao for OTHER conditions in

animals to summarise your experiences for the benefit of the list.

Any other uses, apart from those mentioned above, and those mentioned below

(from my herb notes)?:
