Guest guest
I use one rutinely especially during winter and with Yang deficient clients. In my office I cant use moxa,so I use the lamp instead. We would have to do more research to see how effective it is in comparison with...As of today I like it and use it,but I never used it as a treatment by itself.A.Zide.L.Ac. Guest guest
I'd like to hear others experiences with TDP lamps too. I have one but mostly use it to warm people up when they are cold. TDP lamps are not really designed for warming the patient. they supposedly have distinct therapeutic effects based upon the wavelength of light they emit. I find them to be far more effective than simple heat applications. Personally, I used a TDP lamp to treat a discogenic condition I had several months back. It seemed to me that using the TDP lamp really helped me turn a corner. But that's just an anecdote. :-)
