Guest guest Posted September 18, 2004 Report Share Posted September 18, 2004 I would like to learn a form of qi gong that is effective in building my own internal qi so that when I learn and start to practice external qi gong that I may be stronger. I have heard about 2 forms, Falun Gong and Swimming Dragon. I would like any of your opinions on the above styles, as well as any other forms or styles that may be recommended.
