Guest guest Posted September 28, 2004 Report Share Posted September 28, 2004 The Core Curriculum Committee met in San Francisco on July 17-18 pursuant to an action item in the Council's Strategic Plan that directed the Committee to develop a draft curriculum for a stand-alone doctorate in acupuncture and in Oriental medicine for presentation to the Council and to ACAOM's Doctoral Task Force for review and discussion (Goal 3, Item 5). Please review these documents and send your comments to the national office, which will in turn forward them to the Committee. The Committee's proposed changes to ER 8.10 are indicated in bold on this document. To facilitate the Committee's analysis of your feedback for ER 8.10, please score the block adjacent to each bolded competency on the attachment with the number that corresponds with one of the following three comments: (1) Support (2) Support with reservations (please list your reservations separately) (3) No Support Please send your scores on the attachment (download at http://www..org/entryleveldoc.pdf ) and any comments to the national office no later than Friday, Oct. 8, so that the Committee will have an opportunity to analyze the results in time for the Council's fall meeting in Las Vegas.
