Dear Phil,

 

I believe around April of this year I asked the group as to what the

source is as to why we are taught not to decoct herbal formulae in

metal pots. It was pointed out that Qing Hao, reacts to iron, and an

interested and annotated discussion followed. You might want to check it

out in the archives.
