Guest guest
I have started a new message board to discuss issues in the practice of Physical Medicine as it relates to . This message board will be associated with the AAPOM. The prolific CHA writer, Alon Marcus is associated with the AAPOM. The American Association of Physical Oriental Medicine (AAPOM) is a new division of the AAOM devoted to improving the training and skills of practitioners in the field of physical medicine. AAPOM recently offered its first board certification competency exam in October. I believe Alon Marcus is about to publish a book on musculo-skeletal system? To raise competencies in this important area is vital for the profession, more so in the wake of California's Little Hoover Commission findings, Being able to do a proper physical exam including orthopedic and neurologic testing is: a) something I did not learn in school b) vital for more effective treatment c) Improves our standing as health professionals d) A political statement. http://health.AAPOM_PhysicalOrientalMedicine/ Thanks Alex Berks L.
