Guest guest
Dear Everyone I'd like some ideas about a current case - 16 yo boy who has had 3 bouts of acute left testicular pain in one year. He was hospitalised each time with IV antibiotics for 10 days given with no effect. He has also been diagnosed with delayed puberty low DHEA and low LH. His ESR readings are high but all other bloods normal. He is a tall soft boy - soft skin, soft pulse, high voice, poor muscle development even with exercise, consistent damp cough especially in morning. Interestingly in the very small country town in rural Australia where he lives there has been 3 other young men hospitalised with epedidymitis in the same year. (Is this a plague?or normal?) Any ideas welcomed Thank you Sue
