The old question: what are the other s/s, tongue & pulse, and

differential diagnosis? Has she been receiving OM treatment for years or

is she a new patient? (What is essentially behind my question is that

if she doesn't present with any deficiencies or excesses, and her

" terrain " is essentially in harmony, then the answer is obviously

different than it would be if she is out of balance).

Has anyone had any experience with patients with adrenal hyperplasia? My

patient is 36

years old and has been trying for many years to get pregnant and never

has been.

I would say she is " out of balance " in her terrain. She has multiple operations

on her

genitalia as is common with those with adrenal hyperplasia as her intake of

hydrocortisone

and birth control in addition to attempts at HRT and IVF. Her pulse is extremely

slippery

and the tongue large and dusky. Now has anyone had experience with patients with

this

congenital chromosomal abnormality?
