Guest guest
I tried both Safari and Explorer in OS X but didn't hear anything. Is there a running commentary or something I have to activate? My browsers hear other browser sounds OK. doug
Guest guest
The sounds work for me in IE in OS X but as you expected Todd; they would not work in Safari or Firefox. In these two browsers an image of a small speaker appears but the linked sound file is not downloaded and therefore can not be played. I am wondering if there is a plug-in available for these browsers that would allow the files to be played.......I would think there is, it is probably just a matter of finding out what it is and then downloading it. All three or these browsers rendered the frames and visuals perfectly. Steve On 30/01/2005, at 8:06 PM, wrote: > > > I tried both Safari and Explorer in OS X but didn't hear > anything. Guest guest
Hi I hear it just fine on my OSX explorer but not, as you say, on Safari. What a wonderful presentation! I'm very impressed. Thanks, Sharon On Jan 30, 2005, at 10:34 AM, wrote: > I tried both Safari and Explorer in OS X but didn't hear > anything. Is there a running > commentary or something I have to activate? I get the background issue worked out. I think sound might be tough since microsoft is probably making it hard for other browsers to get the full use of online powerpoint features. That would be typical. Ironically someone appears to have fought back by altering the web codes for the background colors in the mac version of powerpoint so they don't work properly in Explorer.
