Guest guest
Tricia, I forward this from Jean Giblette, who responded thus when i passed along your query. May it be seminal :-) ann For Tricia at the college in Denver: You are eligible to become a participant in the Student Gardens program. This program was founded in 2001 by Robert Newman and me, working with two students (at the time), Naomi Alson at NESA and Marylynn Morales at ACTCM. While the Learning Garden in Venice is the most spectacular result to date, we have active Student Gardens at about 15 sites throughout the country. We awarded some stipends originally, and continue to support the program with free seeds and consultation. This year we are securing funding for a major upgrade of the program, with the hope that Student Gardens sites will serve as regional teaching centers for the A & OM community. You may order free seeds, postage paid, from the attached list. Just send me an email with your list. As for the other suggestions you received, they were also very good. Horizon Herbs is excellent; I order something from them every year. Best wishes, Jean Giblette, Director HIGH FALLS GARDENS Box 125 Philmont NY 12565 USA 518-672-7365 hfg
