Would " diagnostic " authority mean Western Medical diagnosis or TCM

pattern diagnosis?

According to the international classification of diseases (ICD-9) listing,

various conditions such as pain would not be hard to diagnose. We should be

able to do this otherwise it impares us from getting compensated and forces

us to be subservient to other practitioners (wrong direction and bad idea).

We all should be in support of better clarity of our profession and its

scope. To do otherwise is to promote confusion and open us up to more

litigation, etc.
