Hi All,

Christopher is a teacher and long time friend of mine and since he is not on

this list I thought it would be appropriate to give you all a little background.

He has been a practicing herbalist for more than thirty years and a licensed

acupuncturist since (I believe) 1994 or 95. His knowledge of plants is

encyclopedic and he has taught throughout N.America and Europe. He is very well

respected professionally within the Western herbal community. His primary focus

has been more on the traditional Western side of herbology and the science of

herbology than the Chinese medicne side. However, he does have significant

experience using both Western and Chinese herbs both together and seperately. He

has published many books but they have been primarily for laypersons. I strongly

support Z'ev's endorsement of Medicinal Mushrooms, it is an excellent book that

is very well researched. Christopher has a deep love for plants and mushrooms

and I owe a great deal of what I know about both to him.

I am aware of his products but have not used any of them. I believe that they

are likely very safe and generally support, as some of you know, the

introduction of Western herbs into our practice.

This is not an endorsement of any product.
