Guest guest
While I would usually not be too impressed with studies of small sample groups as is the case with most stem cell research, there is a big difference in the cases I have mentioned. Since no other therapy has restored the natural growth of dopamine containing cells or the natural growth of islet of langerhans cells in even a single patient and yielded demonstrable clinical effects (PD patients stop shaking and DM type patients stop using their insulin), it is noteworthy if even a single documented success can be shown. In each of the cases mentioned, there are at least 8-12 experimental successes. I have a lot of respect for documented cases studies and will remind members that I have had a database set up to collect such cases in TCM for years and no one has coughed up even one. When the lame walk and the blind see, you have to take heed even if there is only one example. I had hoped to see and hear about such things from you all, but I guess what suspected is true. There is no such data to be shared and there probably never will be. I can hardly believe if the 1000 of you and everyone you know can't produce this data that someone else out there is keeping it to themselves or just working in obscurity. We do what we do.
