In a ruling dated Wednesday, the judge ordered the matter sent back to

the F.D.A. " for further rulemaking consistent with the court's opinion "

and said the agency must lift the ban on sales of ephedra until further

review.

 

 

We will have another chance to insure we are truly legally exempt from

any future ruling. hope someone's on it this time. BTW, it was so

obvious that a court case was the way to go and it remains

disappointing that this tactic was taken off the table as a strategy

from day one. the government in washington is behaving as a hostile

enemy. lets use their conservative courts against them.
