Shinjiro,

I heard back from both Craig Mitchell and Nigel Wiseman.

According to Nigel, he consulted with Paul Unschuld, the medical

anthropologist on translating this particular section. I am going to

forward your concern to Paul, who as a prominant Chinese medical

historian, should be able to explain the translation and source

material. He is very busy, so it may take some time to get a reply

on this.
