ganglion cyst

Hi, list members,

 

Need some help on this one:

 

Ganglion cyst on wrist, distal pulse position, painful-to-touch

swelling, used " fire needle " 4 times in three months to drain gel-like

fluid.

 

Female, 34, 4-6 hours/day of mouse/keyboard usage, Asian diet with

adequate fruit/veggie intake, average or below average arachidonic

acid consumption, no other sx, pulse normal, tongue thin white coat,

multi-vit/min supplement, no meds, no birth control, little coffee,

very little alcohol.

 

Any suggestions on prolonging/preventing fluid accumulation? Formulae?

Ext tx to move blood/qi?
