Guest guest Posted September 12, 2005 Report Share Posted September 12, 2005 Hi Andrea Beth, Also, don't hesitate to play around with calendula, wheat germ, jojoba, almond oil, and others, externally, and remember to support the different infl/anti-infl. pathways by supplementing flax seed (the best source of Omega 3), EPO, and/or fish oil, to try to support YOUR possible deficiencies, internally, of said pathways.
