Hi Andrea Beth,

 

Also, don't hesitate to play around with calendula,

wheat germ, jojoba, almond oil, and others,

externally, and remember to support the different

infl/anti-infl. pathways by supplementing flax seed

(the best source of Omega 3), EPO, and/or fish oil, to

try to support YOUR possible deficiencies, internally,

of said pathways.

Can you elaborate on why you feel it is the best.
