Can you elaborate on why you feel it is the best.

Jason,

 

I like flax seed oil better because (1) I have much better control

over the quality (organic, cold-pressed, reliable source, etc.), (2)

it is a precursor to EPA and therefore it supports the

anti-inflammatory pathways (if they are working properly, otherwise

fish oil may be the better choice) rather than bypassing a step, and

(3) because it has a higher omega 3 content than fish oil. I always

recommend the oil together with the ground seeds, for the known

co-factors as well as the soluble and insoluble fiber it supplies.

 

What are your thoughts?
